This goes well with simple grilled meats such as chicken or turkey. I used it as a sauce for my Veg Slice.

Finely chop a shallot and fry until soft in a pan. 

Add a splash of wine and reduce.

Add cream and tarragon and reduce down.

  • 300ml Single Cream
  • 50ml dry white wine
  • bunch of tarragon
